Raw Fiber Inspection
Every inbound fiber spool is tested with micrometer calipers for diameter tolerance (±0.003mm). Tensile strength tests verify fiber rebound elasticity to ensure zero crimping.
Curl Baking Consistency
Wrapped rods are baked in digital thermo-stabilized ovens (120°C for 120 minutes). Samples from top, middle, and bottom oven racks are verified under angle gauges for uniform curvature.
Strip Foil Peel Testing
Every tray incorporates metallic backing foil. Technicians test peel-and-restick adhesion across multiple surfaces, ensuring zero paper shredding or sticky residue left on salon acrylic tiles.
Pre-Shipment Photo/Video Approval
