What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Data we collect

We collect only what you choose to send through the forms on this website:

• your name;
• your business email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number;
• your company name and country;
• the message or project details you write in the form.

Fields are limited to what is needed to answer a trade inquiry. You can send an inquiry without filling optional fields, and you are never asked for payment or identity documents through the website.

Purpose of collection

The data is collected for one purpose: responding to B2B sourcing inquiries. In practice that means answering your questions, preparing a quotation, arranging samples, and keeping the correspondence for an order in one place.

Inquiry data is not sold, rented, published or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build marketing profiles. Where a colleague or a partner in the supply chain needs the details to answer your request, they see only what the request requires.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage in three ways:

• Essential cookies and storage keep the site working, hold your cookie choice and protect form submissions.
• Third-party translation cookies are set by the translation service that displays the site in your language.
• Third-party analytics cookies measure aggregate page traffic so we know which product and service pages buyers actually read.

You can block, review or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will affect how parts of the site behave, but you can still read every page and reach the contact form.

Your rights under the GDPR

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to your data, or where your local law provides equivalent protection, you may ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
• rectify data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• port data you provided to another provider in a common format;
• object to processing, including processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
• restrict processing while a request or a complaint is being resolved.

Requests can be raised through the contact page. We reply within the period the applicable law allows, and we may ask a question or two to confirm the request comes from the person concerned. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data retention

Inquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for as long as statutory record-keeping or tax rules require them. When neither applies, the record is deleted. Details sent for a single inquiry are not added to a marketing list and are not reused for another purpose.

Contact for the data owner

The data controller for personal data submitted through this website is the company operating this site. Access, rectification, erasure and portability requests, and any question about this policy, can be raised with us directly. A request for your data, or for the deletion of it, is handled by the same team that answers commercial inquiries.

Terms of Service

The basis on which this website and our documentation may be used.

Scope of website use

This website is a business-to-business information and inquiry channel. You are welcome to read the product and service pages, request quotations and samples, and send us a specification for review.

When you use the site you agree not to interfere with its operation or security, not to submit false or misleading inquiries, and not to copy content at a volume that degrades the service for other visitors. Product pages are published for evaluation by trade buyers, not as a consumer offer or as a binding specification.

Accuracy of product information

Descriptions, images, colour references, dimensions and packaging visuals on this website are indicative and are provided to help buyers shortlist. Materials, print processes, monitor calibration and lighting all introduce variation between a screen and a finished unit.

For any order, the approved physical sample and the artwork signed off with the proforma invoice are the reference. Where a page on this website and a signed specification differ, the signed specification governs.

Quotation validity

A quotation is issued for the validity period stated on it, and it is calculated on the quantity, specification, destination and Incoterms in force when it was written. Raw material, adhesive chemistry, freight and currency conditions can move, so an expired quotation is confirmed again before it is treated as binding.

For a specific order, the proforma invoice accepted by both parties is the binding document; it records the product, quantity, tier band, price, payment milestones, Incoterms and delivery terms that apply to that shipment.

Intellectual property and private label

Customer private-label material belongs to the customer. Logos, brand names, packaging artwork, dielines, copy and any other creative material you supply for a private-label programme remain the property of the customer, and the factory claims no rights over them.

• Those files are used only to produce the goods you order.
• They are not used in our own marketing, catalogues or samples shown to other buyers.
• They are not re-used, resold or adapted for another customer.
• On request at the end of a programme, supplied artwork is returned or deleted from working files.

Standard structures, tooling, dieline frameworks, photography and written content that we develop ourselves remain our property, and buyers receive the production rights for the goods they order.

Confidentiality

Prices, tier bands, quotations, specifications, tooling details, packaging artwork, sample schedules and the identity of your customers stay confidential between the parties. Each side uses the other's commercial information only for the project in hand and shares it internally only with the people who need it.

Confidentiality continues after a project or a supply relationship ends, and it covers both the working files exchanged during sampling and the commercial terms agreed for an order.

Limitation of liability

The goods supplied are measured against the specification confirmed in the proforma invoice and against the approved sample kept on file, and any question about a delivered batch is settled on that basis.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost bookings or loss of reputation. Any financial limit on liability is set in the contract for the order; where that contract is silent, liability is limited to the extent the applicable law allows.

Governing law and arbitration

The governing law and the seat of arbitration are agreed per contract and are recorded in the proforma invoice or the supply agreement for each order. Disputes are referred to international commercial arbitration under the rules named in that contract, in the language and at the venue stated there, after the parties have made a documented attempt to settle the matter directly.

This page does not itself designate a court, a country or an arbitration venue; those are set out in the signed contract for the order concerned.

Translations of this website and of our commercial documents are provided for convenience only. Where a translation and the English version differ in meaning, the English version prevails.

That applies to quotations, proforma invoices, specifications, packaging copy, technical data sheets and the terms described on this page. Where a translated page is used to explain a term, the English text remains the operative wording for the order.
