You cover the express shipping only, and the cost is confirmed in writing before the kit leaves. Custom-branded samples carry their own artwork and tooling, so they are quoted separately.

Lash Technician 4-Point Evaluation Sheet
We encourage your senior lash artists to put our sample kits through these 4 rigorous clinical checks upon arrival.
Curl Heat Resistance Test
Place several lash fans into a high-temperature sauna or warm water steam test (>60°C) for 30 minutes.
Split-Tip Softness Inspection
Examine the fiber tips under magnification or eyelid contact. Taper length must transition smoothly without sharp plastic burrs.
Strip Peel Resistance Test
Peel each lash strip from the bottom tray card onto a tile palette and remove it back and forth 5 times.
Glue Retention & Bonding
Dip the lash roots into cyanoacrylate adhesive. Check root wrap cohesion and track salon client set retention.
