Answers for B2B Buyers
Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers to what buyers ask before a first order: minimums, samples, lead times, adhesive handling and what happens after delivery. Each group opens in place, with no page reload.
MOQ & Customization
Minimums, mixed batches, mockups and logo finishes.
What is the minimum order quantity for lash products, and for liquids and tools?
Lash items start at 100 trays per order, and liquids and tools start at 50 units per product. The 100-tray lash minimum is a total for the order rather than a per-specification quantity, so several specifications can be combined to reach it. Those minimums are the entry point for a private-label run, and the exact quantity and assortment are confirmed on the formal quotation.
Can I mix curls, thicknesses and lengths inside one batch?
Yes. Different specifications can be mixed within a single order as long as the order reaches 100 trays in total and each individual specification is at least 10 trays. Each tray is labelled with its own curl, thickness and length, so a mixed order arrives sorted.
How does packaging layout design and sampling work?
We provide vector dieline templates (AI/PDF) and assist with 2D logo layout confirmation. Once the bulk order is placed and initial payment is completed, we can produce custom-printed physical packaging sample proofs for hands-on sensory approval before full mass production.
Which logo finishes can be applied to private-label packaging?
Foil stamping, print, and embossed or debossed finishes are available on the box and tray structures we produce, in the metallic and matte options shown in the sample range. The finish is confirmed with a physical sample of your own artwork before mass production starts.
Samples & Shipping
Test kits, delivery windows and how shipping is handled.
How are stock test kits dispatched, and how long does delivery take?
Stock test kits are dispatched by air express. Delivery is approximately two weeks from dispatch to most markets, and tracking details are shared as soon as the kit leaves.
Are the samples free?
Three stock sample trays are provided free of charge. The buyer covers the express shipping cost, which is confirmed in writing before the kit is dispatched. Custom-branded samples are quoted separately.
Can custom-branded samples be produced before we commit to bulk production?
Yes. Custom-branded samples can be produced before a bulk commitment. Branded sampling carries its own artwork preparation and tooling, so it is quoted separately from the bulk order and confirmed before work starts.
Production & Lead Times
How the total cycle is built from feedback and artwork rounds.
What does the total deal cycle look like, from first inquiry to delivery?
As a reference, a fast-track deal can complete in approximately 4 weeks, while a standard deal runs approximately 8 to 12 weeks. The actual cycle depends on how quickly feedback comes back to us and on how many rounds of sample testing and artwork revision the project needs.
How long does custom sample production take?
The custom sample window is quoted per project, because the number of artwork rounds differs from one brief to another. It is shown as a dated milestone in the quotation timeline rather than as a fixed number of days.
When does mass production start after the artwork is locked in?
Mass production is scheduled after the artwork and dieline are locked in together with the confirmed proforma invoice. The production window starts from that locked date, not from the first artwork draft, so late artwork changes move the shipping date rather than the other way round.
Which milestone should a buyer watch most closely?
Artwork approval. That is the point where the schedule is set, so the quickest route to an early delivery is returning marked-up artwork and sample comments in one consolidated round instead of several.
Adhesives & Chemical Stability
Retention targets, working conditions and storage.
How long are the adhesives formulated to hold in a salon?
Retention formulations are built around a 6 to 8 week salon retention range under normal aftercare. Real retention depends on aftercare, lash weight and length, room conditions and application technique, so the formulation is chosen with you at sampling and matched to your client profile.
What working conditions are recommended during application?
A working window of roughly 20 to 24 degrees Celsius and 45 to 65 percent relative humidity is recommended. Outside that range, cure speed and bond strength change noticeably, so it is worth checking the room before a full set.
Are low-fume and sensitive-skin formulations available?
Yes. Low-fume and sensitive-skin oriented formulations are available in the adhesive range. They are chosen together with you at sampling, so the retention target and the client profile fit each other.
What is the shelf life of an unopened adhesive, and how should it be stored?
Unopened adhesive should be stored upright and sealed, in a cool dark place away from heat and direct sunlight, and used within the shelf life printed on the batch label. Once a bottle is opened, the usable period is much shorter, so opened bottles are replaced within the interval advised for that formulation.
After-Sales & Quality
Response commitment, batch checks and escalation.
How quickly will I hear back after raising an issue?
The first response commitment is 24 hours from the moment an inquiry or issue is raised, either with your usual contact or through the contact page on this website.
What happens if a batch does not match the confirmed specification?
The batch is traced back to its retention sample and production record, and the delivered unit is compared with the specification confirmed in the proforma invoice and with the approved sample. The outcome of that comparison is what any remedy is settled on.
Are batches retained and traceable?
Yes. Retention samples from each batch are kept with the production record, so a delivered unit can be traced to the batch, the specification and the approved artwork that produced it.
How do I escalate a claim?
Raise it first with your usual contact, quoting the order number and the batch code so the retention sample can be pulled. If it is not resolved at that level, ask for the case to be escalated to the person responsible for your account. Cases that remain unresolved are settled under the governing law and arbitration terms of the signed contract.
Still have a question?
Send the question with your product interest and destination market, and a buyer-facing answer comes back with the specification or the sample kit that fits it. Questions about MOQ, artwork or a specific order are answered by the same team.
